Due Diligence & Virtual Interview
The CIU conducts a thorough background check through independent international agencies. A short virtual interview is required for all adult applicants, typically focused on verifying personal information and confirming intent.

Approval in Principle & Investment Completion
Once the CIU issues Approval in Principle, you complete your chosen investment, either the EDF contribution or the real estate purchase. Proof of investment is submitted to the CIU.
